We’re giving the group a refresh — starting with a new name and a broader focus. Going forward, the HR Roundtable will be known as Hot Topics in the Workplace, and it’s designed to be your go-to forum for navigating the real-world challenges today’s employers and managers are facing.

 

While HR best practices and employment law updates will still be part of the conversation, we’re expanding the scope to include topics like leadership development, workplace culture, compliance, employee engagement, and other timely issues impacting today’s workforce. The goal is to keep discussions relevant, practical, and packed with takeaways you can actually use back at work.

 

This update also allows us to open the door to a wider audience. Hot Topics in the Workplace is now welcoming not just HR professionals, but business owners, managers, supervisors, and anyone who leads or manages people. If you have a team, or work closely with one, this group is for you.

 

We’re excited about the direction this is heading and hope you’ll continue to join us for these conversations. As always, the focus will be on learning from one another, sharing ideas, and staying informed in a relaxed, supportive setting.
