The Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce and our Foundation's Crawford County K-12 Career Education Alliance proudly present:

Chocoholic Frolic 2026

• Time:
  • VIP Sponsors Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Main Event: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
• Location: Italian Civic Club, Meadville, PA

Activities:

• Chocolate sampling from regional chocolatiers, bakeries, and caterers
• Cash bar
• Jewelry Raffle
• Gift Basket Auction
• Networking opportunities during the VIP hour

Ticket Details:

• Price: $20/ticket in advance or $25/ticket at the door
• Purchase Options:
  • Cash/Check/Venmo: Available at the Chamber of Commerce office (908 Diamond Park, Meadville) during business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Vendor Participation (Chocolatiers):

• Licensed kitchen operation is required.
• To register, return completed form via email to info@meadvillechamber.com or mail/drop off to 908 Diamond Park, Meadville PA 16335.
• To request a vendor form, click here or contact the Chamber Office via email, phone or stopping into our office to pick up a form.
